This isn't really a story but just a distinct memory.
I remember once at a maplewood party or barbecue Kurt was in the kitchen just eating an entire bag of raw spinach leaves, and I'm pretty sure he did ate the entire bag. He said he had been trying to eat healthier lately. Of course I was very happy to hear that because I am a health nut and want all my friends to be healthy as well.
Also in the fall of 1998 Kurt decided to have a party at his parents house while they were away. I was invited to this party. It was at this party that I met Kelly Jones who has been a dear friend for many years now and we also ended up playing music together for a while. The other person that I met at this party was Rachel Mann who I ended up dating for 2 years after that. I am still friends with her and her family to this day.
